Let me first start by saying how easy the process was, not to mention I'm self-employed. I submitted a pre-qualified approval online after I found that vehicle I loved. Within 10 minutes I was connected to Norma my car dealer at Seminole Chevrolet. She walked me through all the steps and options that I had and even went beyond and work with the finance manager Oliver to make sure I got the best deal. Before I even left my house I knew exactly what my payment options are going to be I knew how much I needed down and what my credit score was. When I arrived at Seminole Chevrolet the car was waiting out front for me with the keys in the ignition ready to go for the test drive. When we got back I spent about 15 to 20 minutes signing a few papers going over final details and out the door we went. Then Norma told us stop we can't go just yet. Here it comes I knew it was just too easy lol. She said she needs a picture of me and my family next to our new vehicle and we must go back inside and ring the bell which is a pretty big and intimidated Bell to ring so I run it as hard as I could lol. Thank you very much Norma and a whole team at Seminole Chevrolet you guys definitely have a customer for life. More

If I could give a zero star I would. Brought the wife’s car in awhile back. They suggested brakes and rotors cause they were getting close to being done, but she doesn’t drive as much so we put it off. I c car in awhile back. Yea I know it was a little late and fully expected to just leave a voicemail. Reception answered and left my advisor a “note” for me and that we would call me back that day. Needless to say, no return call. 3/19/21 comes around and still no call back from him. I call around 1pm to try and talk to him, and guess what, he’s still too busy. Reception was the same lady again looked through “emails” to see if he saw his “note”. I was beyond confused at that point. A note and a email is two completely different things..... but she continued and said that he hasn’t read his emails yet... from YESTERDAY! What advisor doesn’t check forms of communication on a regular basis? I was baffled. She stated he’s been really busy and hasn’t checked his emails. Poor very very pooooooooor communication and organization won’t him this group. We are finding another dealer. More
