Extended warranty/GAP protection I Purchased a 2012 F1 50 ford pick up truck from David Moss Chevrolet they sold me the extended warranty for $2500 they also sold me gap protection f I Purchased a 2012 F1 50 ford pick up truck from David Moss Chevrolet they sold me the extended warranty for $2500 they also sold me gap protection for $799.17 months into the purchase of the vehicle it was totaled in an accident I had been paying him anywhere from $100-$200 a month more than the payment since the truck was totaled The gap protection company has come up with every excuse in the book to not pay the Klein three months after the accident which also included three more payments this morning I found out that they were going to pay me originally I was told they would pay me from the date of accident but what they did was they calculated it from today’s date what was owed on the truck which is less the check that they are sending me is about $12 more than the payment that you do on the truck so they lied to me their gap protection Their GAP protection company dragged it out until there was almost nothing left owed on the truck what a way to do business and have return customers I’ve always owned Chevrolets but I can sure you this will be the last time I ever own a GM product, I also will never do business with a company owned by Burkeshire half away early company for any reason associated with Burkeshire half away is on the list to just keep on walking More

He made everything right making sure that I the customer left happy. He has shown compassion and has proven that they in fact care about the customer. I live over 2 hrs away from this dealer and I would purchase from them again in the future. More
