Sale staff (Mr. Damiar Pennant) was very knowledgeable, patience and actually made the experience great. He walked us through the process as initially we did not purchase due to price. They were very courteous as I respect what they weee able to do but we could not come to terms. Few days later I received a letter from the GM thanking me for the visit and asked what he could do to help. I replied back and gave a positive rating (even though i did not purchase) and gave Kudos to his sales staff. I did not expect anything in response and felt good about the visit. Not sure what had transpired but a day later i got an email from Mr. Pennant following up. I really like this dealership and believed that they truly are trying to work with me. I believed that i could do better by resetting my objective and thought they too could do the same as well. I submitted to what i believe was fair BAFO and it was accepted! I know Mr. Pennant had a big part in this as he really cared and helped "pushed" on my behalf. Went to the dealership that evening and processed all docs and misc. within reasonable time. It was a great experience as I thank all the staff in making this happen and truly appreciate Mr. Damiar Pennant for going above and beyond! When time comes, I'll buy again from this dealer. I'm a veteran and thank u David Maus for the support! More
