 David Maus Chevrolet - Great Price, No Hassle? On Friday June 22nd I was taking my 2007 Silverado in for service, It was around 5:30pm. I wasn't ex David Maus Chevrolet - Great Price, No Hassle? On Friday June 22nd I was taking my 2007 Silverado in for service, It was around 5:30pm. I wasn't expecting a line at the service department, so when a nice young man (Nigel) introduced himself and asked if he could help me, I said yes. I decided to take a few mins and look at a new and a used Tahoe. I had heard the new Tahoes were very nice and wanted to see them without being hassled, Nigel did just that he was patient informative and helpful, never once being pushy. The Tahoes were impressive to say the least, I’d only had the intention of window shopping while my truck was being looked at in the service drive, but Nigel was changing mind about my worn out old truck (he said it was nice) LOL… Thats when I said well you can have that old truck and I will take this new Tahoe home. At this point I was beginning to think harder about a new Tahoe, but I needed to trade in my Jeep and it wasn’t here. Nigel said no problem lets go, I will drive you to your house and we can bring your Jeep back and get a price on it for you. Well folks thats how I ended up driving home in my new Tahoe. Nigel my sales-person was very helpful gave me great input and detail about the Tahoe. Very friendly and very excited to do his job and do it well. Jason the sales-manager was really helpful in getting me set up with all the discounts and rebates, he saved me a lot of money. Chris in finance was awesome he wrapped up my deal for me very quickly and got me the best financing rate in town (better than my bank of 20 years) Chris is the man! If you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, I have no complaints about David Maus Chevrolet, it's was a very pleasant buying experience and overall my experience was great! More

Everyone here goes above and beyond to put your mind at ease. I first contacted my salesman, Tracy Smith online and he assured me that he could help me with financing. That was my biggest concern. I live in Lakeland, Florida, so it was a bit of a drive. So worth it! I met Tracy when I arrived at the dealership and he immediately welcomed me and made me feel at home. Tracy is very friendly and funny. Went through the process and I drove home in my new Cruze the same day. What an incredible experience! I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this place and Tracy Smith. More
