Louis was never pushy, competely understood my situation and everything I was looking for in a new truck. With the help of Ted, we agreed on numbers fairly quickly. The only problem was finding a truck with the features I loved in a color I liked. Louis drove all the way to Jacksonville to retrieve my truck, and made sure I was completely satisfied while I signed the necessary paperwork. I will be back in a few years when my lease is up! Nothing but positive experiences at David Maus Chevrolet. More

Dropped off my leased vehicle (which still had 3 payments left) with this man, and while signing paperwork, a woman was interested in my vehicle. I asked him "what happens if she buys my car?" He states, in a snide unfriendly manner, expressing he had no time for me, "If the dealership buys the car, you will owe nothing.". This was at the end of November 2017. I hear nothing from GM financial or Chevrolet until May 3rd, 2018, when they call to tell me I am being reported to the credit bureau and owe three months and late fees. I call David Maus, spoke to Angela who was extremely kind and helpful, said I would have to take to TR, and was told they would give him a message and I would be called back. Didn't get a call back, so I called back and they said he wouldn't be available until tomorrow. Called back, told out till Saturday at 8:30. I called at 4:30 that afternoon, left another message got a call back at 8 pm. I explained the situation and was told in a very cocky tone, that makes no since and he would never had said that. This went back and forth for 15 mins as he told me I was lying, made no sense, he never would have said that and that would be like telling his daughter the sky was yellow. Never once did he say, he was sorry for any misunderstanding or giving any concern for me, the customer, the one who funds his paycheck. What happened to customer service. The one thing that David Maus employees care about. More

False Advertising at its finest False advertising at its finest, truly disappointed with William Palacios and Ricky (manager). I live out of state and purchased a vehicle from them a False advertising at its finest, truly disappointed with William Palacios and Ricky (manager). I live out of state and purchased a vehicle from them and had it shipped. The vehicle arrived 3 weeks later and one of the front 2 cup holders were missing even though the Ad description says it includes “front beverage holders” (plural). They purposely took a photo of only 1 of the 2 cup holders in the Ad. I called my sales rep William for days as he continued to dodge me. When I finally got ahold of one of the managers they tell me that the car is sold AS IS and that both cup holders are visible on the Ad? Aside from all of this, accounting messed up the paperwork multiple times and I still don’t have registration or copies of the paperwork and 3.5 weeks have gone by. I still cannot legally drive the car, it’s still missing a cup holder, missing the owners manual and it arrived extremely still filthy on the interior (photos attached, will cost me about $150 to have it detailed). I was told that they let someone go who had detailed the car yet that means nothing to me. One more note, this dealer charges an $800 dealer fee which they do not disclose up front; this fee is about $550 higher than the national average. I would expect this kind of service from a shady used car lot but not from a Chevrolet dealer. More
