MAKE SURE everything you want done is on the WEOWE -as we asked for a dent to be removed and had that put on the WEOWE. We asked that the small chips be touched up too and the salesman said that the small chips in the paint would automatically be touched up when they fixed the dent.He did NOT write THAT on the WEOWE, so when I picked up the vehicle, the dent was fixed BUT the chips were not touched up. He said “It was not on the WEOWE.” Not cool! Never take someone’s word for anything, get it on paper. Another problem was when I called to check on my vehicle they COULD NOT FIND MY VEHICLE FOR AN HOUR. That was unprofessional to sat the least. Another problem, was that they couldn’t find the 2nd key faub to the vehicle when we purchased it. They called a week later saying they found it and would mail it. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS and repeated phone calls to get them to actually mail it to us. Another problem: For “our troubles” they gave us a $100 “e-coupon” to use for any accessories. They specifically said that we could use it on-line or at the local dealership closest to us. Of course, we tried to use it and were told it could ONLY BE USED AT DAVID MAUS. (This is 1-1/2 hours away from us and we were already back in our home town.) The coupon was not usable online either! I also discovered the driver door had been wrecked (but not on the carfax) and no one told me. I called the dealership and complained, was told I had every reason to be upset, and was told the General Manager would call me WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. I will never buy another car from this dealership mainly because of the poor service after the sale. More

John Tierney was our Salesperson along with the help of a couple of other Sales that pitch hitted as John was on a selling streak! There was no pressure during the process and he was very polite during the process. He made sure everything was good with a follow up phone call as well. I need to mention Jim Lebeau as well. He was exceptional during the haggling process with my husband, and worked with us in holding the car as we had a bit of delay on our end. Again very professional and absolutely no sales pressure. A happy camper here! More
