Went to look/buy a car and after all numbers where discussed we couldn't come up with the amount of down payment due to the credit score. We went ahead and tried to get the extra money and when we came back they said that the only way our deal could "MAKE SENSE" for them to do business was if we signed up for premium extended warranty for the car which cost $3,000 more!!! raising the car payment $87/mth. They said that the bank won't finance the car unless we bring $3,500 down and when we came with the money they wanted to add $3,000 worth of extended warranty. That didn't "MAKE SENSE" to us obviously. That's not the way to do business. For your own sake STAY AWAY!!!!. More

Not the easiest deal. I went to David Maus to purchase my new 2017 Chevy Bolt EV. This is a 100% electric vehicle and I've had some issues test driving at other locations. I went to David Maus to purchase my new 2017 Chevy Bolt EV. This is a 100% electric vehicle and I've had some issues test driving at other locations. When I pulled into David Maus, I was happy to see a row of chargers and around a dozen Bolt EVs charged and ready to go. I was met by Elvin Delgato who did his very best to answer all my questions related to the vehicle and the buying process in general. We did have some issues locating the exact vehicle that I wanted but both Elvin and his Manager Jason Dufel persisted and found the exact car that I wanted from another dealership. It took a few days to secure the vehicle and we still need to tint the glass but they made sure that I had the car I wanted in the end. I had a trade in as well and I believe that they worked hard to give me a fair value on my trade in and a good deal on the new car. Buying a car with all the negotiating is never really a pleasant experience but working with Jason and Elvin proved to be a great experience for me. Short version: I drove the car, bought the car, rang the bell and will be back for both Service and eventual upgrade. More
