No one tried to up-sell anything or heavily push additional services. I asked for something, they provided a solution. Service department made an extra effort to help with a just discovered problem on my trade-in. For sales, Joey was outstanding. He kept me updated around my work schedule. Communication was seamless across phone, email, and text. Joey made it appear as if I was his only customer. 100% focus. Once at the dealership, Joey kept things moving and closed the deal.
