After I told him what vehicle I saw on line and was there to see, he not only took us to the vehicle, but started to tell us about the vehicle before we even saw it. This gave me comfort with his knowledge of what they had to offer. We drove several vehicles and at no time did i ever feel that I was pressured to make a purchase. In fact my wife and I left to another dealership and Joey just smiled and said that he will be there for us and stay late if we need him to as well. After some looking around and discussion with my wife we decided to return and look at the truck we were interested in a little closer. Joey took great care of us listening to all of our needs to ensure they were all met. Even the experience we all dread most when you sit down to do the finance papers. Great service I received a letter from Chevrolet Manufacturing stating I needed to take my car to the dealership and have it checked for a possible tag light issue. I received a letter from Chevrolet Manufacturing stating I needed to take my car to the dealership and have it checked for a possible tag light issue. I took my car in and showed them the letter. The dealership staff checked the vehicle, ordered the light kit as a preventive measure. I was given an appointment. As soon as I arrived they took my car in, gave me a ride to work and picked me up quickly after work. I was very satisfied with the service agent, the shuttle drivers and the whole experience of having my car serviced correctly and timely. More
