The dealership was very understanding, and honestly, very sympathetic. I worked with Joey on a replacement vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the trucks available, took the time to understand what my needs were and worked with me in attainment of deal we could both live with. There was NO pressure, actually quite the opposite. He, and this dealership, were receptive to my concerns / requirements. Joey followed up on my questions, returned calls promptly, and took ownership of the entire sales process. I've purchased many cars over my lifetime - I can honestly state that this was, by far, my best experience!! Well done team! More

They went above and beyond at acquiring the vehicle we we We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Tahoe from Laurence Tepper and Rafael Perez! They went above and beyond at acquiring the vehicle we were searching for including all the items we were wanting in the vehicle. Our first visit we met with Larry and couldn't find anything on the lot. He then introduced us to Rafael who Larry said might be able to find us one at another location. That visit ended with us not finding anything. We went home that day. Larry call us and told us Rafael had found two 2016 vehicles with low mileage coming in and one of them had the items we were looking for. After returning to the lot Larry explained that they didn't have time to clean the vehicles, but he wanted us to see it before anyone else. We opened the door on the Tahoe and smelt the smoke coming out from the vehicle. We told Larry we could not take a smokers vehicle. We are both non-smokers. We told Larry and Rafael we had a couple of Tahoe's to look at in Leesburg. We then left and decided to stop and have lunch. Rafael happened to call us at lunch, we thought we were done. Rafael was still looking for us. We went on to Leesburg to look at the other vehicles they had. We were very disappointed in their customer service. No one met us at the lot; we had to go inside and get someone and while walking to the vehicle, my wife and I looked at each other and said we missed Larry. The guy who took us out to see the vehicle didn't speak to us or even ask us our names. He never even knew who we were when we left that dealership. We thought that it wasn't meant for us to buy one right now. Then Rafael called us while we were at that dealership and told us he had found another Tahoe, 2017. It was great, because while we were at lunch that day I prayed for us to find a vehicle. Not only did he find the right one, with all the extra's; he obtained the price we told him we wanted to pay per month. Larry and Rafael should be commended and recognized for their great customer service. I even told my wife, I would go back there to buy another vehicle from them even though I'm a big Ford man. I also wanted to include the other employees who were all very nice and helpful, what a great crew, the finance person and the guys who knew about all the computer technology who showed us everything. It was a blessing to have Larry approach us that day when we arrived. He stayed with us through the entire process. Thanks for a great experience. More
