I really appreciate that my service writer, Keith, not only took the time to explain how to raise and lower the spare tire, while I was there, but showed me by actually doing it so I clearly understood how it's done. Plus, I've owned my Rally edition Silverado for almost two years now. It has no scratches on it. I know because I'm retired and I wipe it down almost every morning and with a handicap placard I can avoid having to park close to other cars when I go out. I was devastated when I found a fresh, what I thought was a deep to the primer, scratch on my driver side door after having had work done at your dealership. Keith realized it was just in the clear coat, had it buffed out and clearly made my day. For this I am very appreciative. Thank you. More

I have had service from several different advisors when I first started coming to David Maus for service but after dealing with Billy Larney the first time, he has become my service advisor of choice. For all of my recent service visits, I always ask for him directly when setting my appointments when I need service on either of my Chevy's. He is always fair, honest and seems to try to find ways to keep my costs to a minimum. He is a great guy and will treat you right. More
