Run..... Horrible experience! I own a 2013 Chevy Camaro, I called Chevy because I was having issues with my trunk. Chevy gave me a 100$ credit to have the car Horrible experience! I own a 2013 Chevy Camaro, I called Chevy because I was having issues with my trunk. Chevy gave me a 100$ credit to have the car diagnosed. Of all the choices given by Chevy, I chose David Moss Chevy in Sanford. My trunk does not open with the remote or push button on the driver side door. It's a 3 year old car, how does this happen? So of no fault of my own, I figured it would be covered! If I had caused damage, of course I would gladly pay for it! So I get there, they take my vehicle, an 1 1/2 hour later, the service guy, (Bob Oliver) tells me it's going to cost a whopping 195$, laber about 130$, I'm assuming part 50$, I asked him to show me what they need to fix? He took me to the car. The mechanic had my trunk opened and all kinds of wires exposed. He said it was a wire that was broken and needed to put a new one. I asked how does a wire break? He really couldn't give me an answer except to say, opening and closing the trunk may have caused the damage. I said opening and closing the trunk, that's what trunks are made to do!! It's a 3 year old car, why would wires break? Makes no sense? And why does it take 1 1/2 hr to put in one wire? He offered no suggestions, so when I asked Bob, he tells me my car does have 66k, I said, " what does that have to do with wires, it's a fairly new car!!! I asked, "how can I get to these wires"? He advised, you have to take this cover off, etc. so there was no way for me to damage these wires by closing the truck, as these wires are not exposed and can't easily get to from just opening the trunk. Anyway, I proceeded to call Chevy because there was no way I was paying 195$ for something I didn't do. Chevy did there best to get the dealer to help with the repairs, maybe offer a discount, I advised Chevy that I have been very loyal to them as I also have boughten a 2013 Chevy Captiva. They thanked me for my loyalty, but advised since my warranty expired, I was out of pocket for repairs, but they would try and get the dealer to offer a discount, but no promises. I advised that most dealerships will apply the diagnostic charges if the repairs are done by the dealer. Which Chevy paid 100$, if that would have been applied, it would have cost me 95$, I could have worked with that. She would look into it. She imeadiatly called the dealer, I waited for 20-30 min. While she spoke to the dealer. She came back apologizing, but that she spoke to the manager and he advised, since I wasn't a loyal customer to thier dealership( meaning, David Maus), they would not give a discount or apply diagnostic charges toward the repair. I was going to have to pay full price! 195$!! I was astounded! Don't these dealerships think about the future, potential clients, in hindsight, my next Chevy could have been bought there???? Loyalty???? You have earn loyalty?????? They did not earn my loyalty today!!! A simple discount could have meant the difference in my becoming a future loyal customer, or just the compassion of understanding how frustrated a Customer feels when things break that are of no fault to the customer!!! If I owned that business, Id fire the manager that didn't take that into consideration!!! Long story short, I immediately took my vehicle and will get those repairs else where, they have truly lost a potential long lasting future client!! I'll take my business to establishments that will earn, nurture, and respect my loyalty!!! That's how you build and keep clients!!!! More

I would recommend Norma anytime. We are definitely calling on her for our next vehicle! Also worked with Samuel to finalize the deal, and when we thought we couldnt get what we wanted... he simply said, "what do you want" we told him and he came through for us. At finance we worked with Oliver, who was simply delightful and very informative. More

Very Professional and heplful I would come back when it is time to buy another car the staff is on spot and even when there is a problem they go over and above to fix it.
