For several years Seminole Ford has serviced my 2019 F-150. I've always been pleased. Recently the pickup coded so I took it to them. Through a very understandable error an expensive repair was diagnosed so I took it out of state to a friend who has his own shop and is a Ford master mechanic. He discovered a much less severe explanation to the code. When I documented this to Seminole Ford the dealership reimbursed me for the cost of the 2nd diagnostic and my travel expenses. My mechanic friend sent me this, based on many years' experience in automotive dealings: "I'm very impressed that they would reimburse you for your expenses and step up to the plate. I would keep doing business with them. That's what company integrity looks like!" More

Seminole ford is shady and I would never purchase a vehicle from them. I will certainly not again. First we came in with our own fiance through Capital One. They tried to make the loan longer by over a vehicle from them. I will certainly not again. First we came in with our own fiance through Capital One. They tried to make the loan longer by over a year and change the rate by going with someone else. They were real sneaky about it. Then when we caught that. They also tried to add a bunch of xtra stuff on we didnt ask for then make the loan longer so the payment seemed the same. After that they told us we were going though Capital One who is the one we wanted to go with. More
