I recently brought my 2008 Mercury Sable in for routine I recently brought my 2008 Mercury Sable in for routine service and for a power heated seat problem. During their inspection they found that my rea I recently brought my 2008 Mercury Sable in for routine service and for a power heated seat problem. During their inspection they found that my rear brake discs were worn beyond specs and not warrantied. Since the car has about 20,000 miles on it, they went out of their way to contact the Mercury people to argue that the discs should have lasted longer and they succeeded. I must commend both the service manager and the service representative for their sincere interest in keeping the customer happy. They also fixed the heated seat problem while the car was having the brake discs changed and that saved me bringing the car in at another time which is another mark of their customer oriented service philosophy. The service people at this dealership have always treated me with great respect and I feel comfortable bringing my car there. I have brought several new cars from them and I expect to buy more in the future. More
