Ms. Ktona: As we explained to you when you called and also when you came in, nobody ever lied to you. You came in to look at an S model sedan, but decided you preferred the hatchback, which starts at the SE level. Mr. Ike explained the features and benefits of both of those and also the SEL trim level, which did come with Sirius along with a bunch of other options. You indicated that you didn't need the added equipment and liked the price of the SE hatchback. At no time did you make it clear that Sirius satellite radio was a critical must-have item in your purchase decision. If you had, Mr. Ike would have happily sold you the SEL model. The reason that the "manager defended salesman" as you put it is that the manager's office is right next door to Mr. Ike's and so he heard much of the conversation when you were discussing the car, and another manager also heard John's reaction to your first phone call after delivery about it not having Sirius, when he immediately told you quite clearly, "No, your car didn't come with Sirius." (A liar would have made up an excuse to double check the features on the car, but he remembered off the top of his head that the one you purchased did not have it). As for the check, there was no malice intended. It takes a few business days typically for us to process a check, and yours had not gone in the mail yet when you called to complain about the Sirius. At that time the sales manager did offer to mail it to you but you indicated you preferred to come get it - which is not uncommon for customers getting such a large amount of money back. We do apologize for you being unhappy with us, but after careful review, we really feel that you are being unfair in your accusations regarding our salesperson. We wish you many miles of happy motoring nonetheless.

No when Ike called me on Thursday he said I have a check for you IN MY hand, I said I will picked it up it up because it was suposed to be put in the mail on Friday 10 days earlier! you are just trying to make yourself look good. He told me before I signed the papers in his office that the car I was buying had Serius radio, this was when we were on a TEST DRIVE so there is NO WAY THE MANAGER could have heard this. This DEALERSHIP is trying to make themself look good not taking ANY RESPONSABILITY at all NOTHING BUT EXCUSES. I stand by my origonal post. AVOID AVOID AVOID
