I was disappointed in standing at the desk for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence, or no one saying, we'll be with you in a time. Yeah I was disappointed in the business end of the appointment. I don't tell you up front that there will be a 3% charge to use a credit card. No big deal but kind of cheap. No car wash. Then. They asked me if I wanted my fluids changed. I wasn't sure if it was necessary or not but agreed to it. I found out the fluid have been changed less than 12 months ago. I'm not sure that this was a screw job or just a mistake. I guess I should review my service records more closely next time. There was also massive confusion at the desk. You never stay with the same person you start with because everybody's being handed off right and left. Just appears to be poorly run. More
