Service-brand new car, low voltage battery with a message telling me car may stall. I asked for a new battery and to have entire car looked at. They only charged the battery and today, I’m getting the same l telling me car may stall. I asked for a new battery and to have entire car looked at. They only charged the battery and today, I’m getting the same low voltage message. I’m beyond furious that this dealership was unwilling to put a new battery in a brand new car with 170 miles on it for customer satisfaction and NOW I have to deal with it again. I have had many Chevy vehicles from this dealership and so has my family. My Dad worked for GM for 32 years. I’m disappointed and annoyed as my job is very busy, it’s the holidays and I had to beg to get in in the first place. Do better!! More
