Waste they overpriced the vehicle that was listed that I purchased and I was not aware until after signing because I haven't eaten anything in hours and they knew that. They kept on postponing and postponin purchased and I was not aware until after signing because I haven't eaten anything in hours and they knew that. They kept on postponing and postponing until I didn't even know what I was signing I couldn't even form sentences or correctly signed my signature. Then they misled me on my trade-in. How do you put 13,500 down on a $ $35,000 vehicle and owe more. If the owner doesn't make this right I will be returning the truck tomorrow, I was told I have Three business days to change my mind and I have changed my mind unless the owner makes things right. When I went in and sat with the sales person they came back with a price that was almost $7,000 more than advertised. They said the advertised price was for when you financed through the dealership. They said it is this way so the dealership can get kickbacks from the lending company. I said well I will just bring in my own financing. They said the price would still be the same if I brought in my own financing. I had to use the dealership financing to get that price. Complete scam and I don’t know how it’s even legal that they can operate this way. I will never do business with this organization ever again and If asked would never recommend them to anyone I know either. More

Earlier in the year I purchased a 2018 Chevy Volt. After driving it on the highways several times it became apparent that the car had a certain thumping noise when driving 60-75 mph. When I took it After driving it on the highways several times it became apparent that the car had a certain thumping noise when driving 60-75 mph. When I took it back to Serpintini Chevy they found that the air dam was damaged and that some panels on the underside of the car were loose. They also found that the bracket that held the exhaust system was broken. With these items corrected I was certain, as were they, that the thumping noise that I heard would be gone. As it turned out, it wasn’t! So after a couple of weeks back to Serpinitini I went. This time, when they had the car back on the lift, they found that two tire rims on the passenger side were badly bent. Evidently the previous owner had hit a really bad “pothole”. The mechanics sent the tire rims to a company that was known to be able to fix something like that. After getting the Volt back and after driving it on the interstates for a while, it was apparent that the thumping noise was now gone! As one of the sales managers told me at one point, “after all the Volt is a 6 year old used car” and that Sepitini could have blown me off in the very beginning, but they didn’t! The salesman, David Maddaluno, the sales manager, Rudy Djurik, the service man, Will Luth, all went the extra mile in trying to make things right with the 2018 Volt. Needless to say, I am more than pleased not only with the car but all these fine people that went the all out to make things right. Thanks so Much!!!! More
I’ve been meaning to write this for awhile. I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-5 at the end of January this year. Since then I had numerous issues with the vehicle. The car was purchased “As is”, but I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-5 at the end of January this year. Since then I had numerous issues with the vehicle. The car was purchased “As is”, but I feel like many things that the dealership should have caught were missed. For example, after I got home from the dealership, the car would not shut off. I called and they said they would get back to me, but never did. After doing my own research, I found out it was due to a problem with the gearshift not being aligned properly. I believe this is something the company should have caught before selling the vehicle. The car was also not very clean, as I later found crumbs and dried drink remnants in the back of the car. Then, a few weeks later, the breaks on the car start squeaking. I take it in to Conrads and they determined that the wheels were squeaking because the tire pads that the dealership put on tires to replace the old ones were cheap, old, and rusty. I also had issues receiving the title to the car. I was told it would arrive at my house within 30 days. After 30 days had passed and I had still received nothing, I called and apparently it was never sent to me at all. I received it a couple days after I called, so it is likely that it would not have been sent if I did not call. The newest issue that just popped up is that the air conditioning doesn’t work. Which was hard to test when the car was purchased since it was winter. I understand that older cars may have more issues that arise, but the amount of issues that have come up in such a short period of time tells me that the dealership did the bare minimum to make sure the car was in good shape to sell.
