By the very next day (August 8) the check engine light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle back, and the dealership has now had my car for 30 days with no clear update or resolution. Despite the length of time they’ve had my vehicle, the dealership also refused to provide a loaner car, leaving me without reliable transportation while they attempt repairs. Every time I’ve asked for information, I’ve been given vague answers and no solid timeline. As of today, I still do not know when my car will be repaired or returned. This has been extremely stressful and inconvenient, and it raises serious concerns about how this dealership handles both customer service and vehicle quality after a sale. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, please be cautious and aware of my experience. A car purchase is a major investment, and customers deserve transparency, accountability, and timely communication — none of which I have received. More
