We drove in from Pennsylvania and arrived a little later than planned. Since we were buying two cars, we ended up staying well past closing, but Ricardo and Santiago never made us feel rushed. They were both incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. Santiago mentioned he was new to the job, but you never would have guessed it. He was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Ricardo was just as attentive and easy to talk to, and together they made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. They both have bright futures in sales and are tremendous assets to the team. Thank you both for making what could have been a long day such a great experience! More

Pulled up to service bay and was greeted right away. Got me checked in 10 minutes before my appointment and was told 2 hours should be my wait time.
