My first Chevy buying experience. In 30 years of purchasing vehicles, I've only ever bought Honda's or Toyota's. I went to Serpentini to buy a used Toyota on their lot. I walked away w In 30 years of purchasing vehicles, I've only ever bought Honda's or Toyota's. I went to Serpentini to buy a used Toyota on their lot. I walked away with a Chevy Cruze. I recently filed bankruptcy and needed a vehicle to rebuild credit. Once the Toyota I was looking at sold to another customer, I was going to move on to a Toyota dealership. Mike D called and said; you have issues with coming up with the down, high interest rates and you need a good car. He asked me to research the Cruze because of the incentive package, I'd need little down, my interest rates would drop and I'd have a vehicle that for 2 years all I'd have to do is put gas in. I researched the Cruze, let them run the numbers and immediately knew he was right. They put me with a reputable lender, dropped the interest rates in half and they handled everything with high fives. My first American made car and I couldn't be prouder. This is honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I trusted them, and I'm glad I did. I'll trade this vehicle in a couple of years and the only place I'll go is Serpentini. More

Even if 1 person wasn't sure, they quickly got another to confirm up our questions. It has been a great experience and our new silverado is so awesome, we cannot get enough of it. Serpentini rocks! Customer Service = FAIL Serpentini sold us a used (60,000 miles) Mazda CX7 with a power train warranty. 7 months later, the engine and turbo needed to be replaced. The power Serpentini sold us a used (60,000 miles) Mazda CX7 with a power train warranty. 7 months later, the engine and turbo needed to be replaced. The power train warranty covered the 7000 dollar repair. The car runs great. The problem began when we informed Serpentini that the remote start no longer works. They admitted it was caused by the engine repairs, however, they refused to fix it. To make a long story short, after calling my wife a liar and screaming at her in front of other Serpentini customers, I contacted my attorney. Months later, after all the BS, Serpentini paid for the 700 dollar repair. Now I get to pay my attorney. :) It cost me more in attorney fees than if I would have just paid to have it fixed. THAT is how angry I was at how we were treated at Serpentini Strongsville. Go somewhere else. They threw us under the bus for a few hundred bucks. Do you need that? More

Came Home with My Dream Car I went up Serpentini Chevrolet in Strongsville to look at a 2001 Ford Mustang that they had on the used car lot. Unfortunately, somebody was already l I went up Serpentini Chevrolet in Strongsville to look at a 2001 Ford Mustang that they had on the used car lot. Unfortunately, somebody was already looking at it and highly interested. It was a great deal and I was pretty bummed when I found out they were signing the papers on it. In my luck, Jeff Sancho sat down with me and went over what my options would be if their paperwork fell through and also brought back some options I never could have imagined would be possible with having almost 2 years left on a lease. Jeff Sancho kept things very relaxed and never pressured me like sales people at other dealerships. He got to know me on a personal level before getting to know me as a customer which made things very comfortable. Jeff's sales manager, Garth Grimes, was also very helpful. He kept things simple and to the point. He helped me understand all the options I had in front of me and what were the benefits and downfalls of each one. He understood that I was nervous about purchasing something that was valued at more than double of what I was looking at paying for the Mustang but made it possible for me to pay off my lease and actually afford it. To be honest, I never thought I would see the founder's son of any dealership walking around greeting people and making their experience even better than it is with just the great sales people that he has working for him. That's what surprised me about Ryan Serpentini. He greeted every customer like the last- with a smile. He made me realize that this dealership wasn't just out there to do business; they want you to have the best dealership experience you've ever had. As I stated in my title, I came home with my dream car. I never thought, going in the day before, I would be walking out of their doors, the next day, with the keys to a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro. A picture of a 2012 Camaro was the background of my laptop throughout college and I never thought that a even newer one would be sitting in my driveway with the keys in my hand. Needless to say, it was great doing business with Serpentini Chevrolet and I would drive an hour and half any day to do business again. Thanks Jeff, Garth, Ryan, and Serpentini Chevrolet for making my dream come true. More
