We have never been treated so special at a dealership in our lives. Jamie and the whole staff couldn't have been more attentative or courterous. I didn't believe I would qualifiy for a car loan, but they our lives. Jamie and the whole staff couldn't have been more attentative or courterous. I didn't believe I would qualifiy for a car loan, but they had me approved and looking at cars in less than 15 minutes. We found the Impala we were looking for, and drove it home. We left our house at 12:00 and drove to Strongsville, bought the car, and was back at home at 3:00. I even had time to take my dog for her grooming. I really enjoyed looking and buying my car. My husband was astounded that he did hot have to haggle about the price. AWESOME!!!! That is all I can say about these wonderful people. I do believe they have a customer for life now. When I went to the dealership I was just checking out prospects. Jim greeted me at the door with a smile and a welcoming handshake. He introduced me to James and let him take over. James was very pleasant and personable. He made me feel like he was there just for me. James took the time to explain things to me and didn't make me feel like I was just another sale. He actually took time to find me a better vehicle than I originally went there for. Seeing two people that make you feel like someone special really tugs at my heart strings, and to top it all off they followed me home in my new vehicle. They really went above and beyond! More

Vince also assured me of the excellent service department that Serpentini has, but I assured him that I was well aware of the service department as I purchased my 2004 Chevy Cavalier from Serpentini and my experience with the service department has been nothing but extremely positive. When we went to the dealership we weren't sure if we needed a pick-up truck, a car, an SUV, new or used and so on. We recently bought a boat and towing it was a big part of our consideration. Josh asked all the key questions to help us narrow down our needs and then showed us several vehicles. And when we didn't feel the "perfect" vehicle on their lot, Josh spent quite a bit of time researching nearby dealers and their inventory. He was able to find us the PERFECT vehicle which ended up being a brand new Suburban which we completely love. I would highly recommend if you're in the market for a vehicle that you stop by and talk to Josh Channell. He went well above and beyond to make certain that we were 100% satisfied. How many car sales agents can you say that about? Secondly, Terri Diemert prepared the vehicle for delivery to us. She reviewed with us every single option on the vehicle making sure as we went along that we completely understood how to operate everything. It was even 20 minutes after the store closed and she wasn't in a hurry to leave. She stayed as long as she needed to and was patient explaining everything. I was looking for a particular vehicle, a Saab 9-7x, and found one on the internet very reasonably priced at Serpentini of Strongsville. I had to drive from Akron to Strongsville to look at it and test drive it, as they would not arrange to have it shipped to Serpentini of Tallmadge (which would have been much closer), but I liked the vehicle, and it was priced several thousand under what similar vehicles with the same or more milage. I told them to give me some time to think about it, and although Chris called to see if I was still interesed, he wasn't pushy. I finally made up my mind to purchase, but didn't have enough time to do all of the paperwork, so they assured me they would hold it with a deposit until I could get the time to sit down and sign everything. So I drove back to Strongsville, left the deposit, gave them my info for credit app., and the vehicle was pulled from the sales lot before I even left. In fact, it was pulled from the internet by that evening, which I think is a nice touch. Mario contacted me to get some further info for credit, and I arranged to pick it up during a workday. When I arrived, all the paperwork was ready, so basically all I had to do was write a check for the downpayment and sign a few forms. I received a better interest rate than I was expecting also. After the deal was done there was a nice gentleman assigned to me to show me some of the tech features of the vehicle, and got my trial subscription to OnStar and Sat. Radio started for me. I would say I would have been in and out under an hour if not for the poor customer service from OnStar/Sirius operators (not Serpentini's fault). While I was waiting for the paperwork to clear, I was able to speak to the service department and find out what work had been done to the vehicle while they had it (Tires, brakes, safety inspection, etc.) which helped put me at ease since I was buying a used car. They worked very hard to get me the best deal they could to fit my budget and were never pushy or high pressure like I have experienced at other dealerships in the past. The entire experience was very relaxed and went smoothly. I left that night with a beautiful "new" certified pre-owned vehicle that was just what I wanted at a fair price. The whole experience was great - everyone is honest, willing to answer questions, and willing to work with you so that you're happy with the not just the car, but also with the experience itself. You don't get bombarded with pushy salesmen, you get greeted by genuinely polite sales staff who are willing to help but also give you enough space and freedom to walk around and see what's out there. I came prepared with a list after looking online, and Chris was not only knowledgeable but he was beyond helpful and friendly because I didn't have my mind quite made up upon arrival. This is the BEST dealership I have ever been to - I currently live in NY and made sure I was able to purchase my car at Serpentini. More
