Took car in for toe link recall. The one hour appointment when scheduled turned into three. Paperwork said recall complete and did the alignment. After driving the car I was experiencing a lot of road noise from the rear end of the car. Before the recall was done there was no noise. I made another appointment to have it checked and was told everything checked out ok. If I wanted to find out what the noise was I could pay $150.00 diagnostic fee. All I wanted was the car back to the condition before the recall work. At this time I would have to discourage anyone using the service department. More
I took my car here for three e check codes on Dec 28 21 I had They say we charge 125$ for diagnostic I say ok they call me it will be almost 500$ they say I needed a sensor . I said ok No less then a month later car freezing cold I go there make appt too come back I get there they say you have too pay 125$ diagnostic fee I said no So now I still need repairs car leaking more coolant than it was before I took it for repairs so I guess the mechanic never paid attention that I said I want some of the codes repaired just repair what u want to charge the customer for something they did not ask for RIP OFF COMPANY PERIOD More
