Communication I gave my info,but before I did I talked about my credited issues etc.. I had 3-4 calls a week from Patrick,Bill and another gentlemen.But after they I gave my info,but before I did I talked about my credited issues etc.. I had 3-4 calls a week from Patrick,Bill and another gentlemen.But after they ran my credit,ran my cosigners credit No one called,emailed or said anything to me.I called for them to tell me they can't help me. Yes I know my credit is bad, but don't treat me as such.I was also told that is some prejudice here at this location. So I would say treat all people the same bad/good credit, black/white, little money/plenty money. Be fair Thank you More

Concerned Consumer Stacey Artino, Dan Plazar (Sales Manager) and Ken (Manager) very nice. My experience was bad I was given misleading information by the Salesman. I had to return becuase the car wasn't cleaned properly and the gas tank wasn't filled as promised. I felt isolated during the waiting time before the siging and If Stacey didn't approach me I sat there contemplating leaving the Dealership with out buy a car. The things I don't like about the Trax. The net for the trunk should be a include in any deal. The back door should open with a key. The salesman and or a electronics technician should program the buyers favorite stations. The salesman should know if a CD player is the car. Please note I was told the SUV had a CD player. When the Salesman is discover that the buy is having issues and concerns. He should not say " Aparrently since you can back then it cant be that bad. I had issues during my transaction and asked the salesman Justin to start over. I see twould salesman name on my paperwork when it should have been only one salesman. I was slapped in the face with the fact that I has issue with the first salesman and he still will benfit from they sale. On the first day I visited the Dealership I asked the salesman to send the purchase order to my credit union instead he wrote the prices down on a paper that wasn't honor the very next day. More
