I’m just not impressed with the customer service since your company took Pat O’Brien dealership. The service representative did not explain anything on the bill. General Manager called, I missed his call. Called him back he was not available. 11 years ago we bought the Serpentini Manager's Traverse for $32,000 at 0 interest. This year ended up costing $57,000 for an Equinox, paying so much more for a smaller car? I can't respond to our family and friends when they ask, did you get a good deal like 0 interest and any luxury items included?
