I went to Classic Chevrolet and they offered me $14,000 for my trade on a new Traverse, very resonable. I went to Ganley Chevrolet in Aurora and they offered me about $13,000 for my trade towards the same type of Traverse. I went to Serpentini looking for a Treverse Premier and they insulted me with a trade value of $7520. If you go to Serpentini be prepared with the value of your car. When they came back with that offer, I walked right out the door. The sales manager tried to catch me but I told him that he completely insulted me and I have nothing to talk to him about. Serpentini is a bunch of thiefs. Beware. More

We had an appointment set for 8:30am and by 5:30pm we still had not heard any updates. When I called to check on vehicle they had just taken it back!!! I found this very unprofessional as you all had my car ALL day. Finally, when he called back to give price he basically rushed me and was like I can do it now or you can bring back tomorrow. The price was for over $1000 in services. I told him no and picked up vehicle. He said they were busy, which I understand but a phone call with an update would be appreciative. However, I took my business elsewhere! Thank you! More

Sold me a used car, as is yes, but it's transmission died six WEEKS into owning it after their 'mechanics' inspected it.
