I was already disappointed that my 2020 Equinox required a new fuel pump. I was unable to get a rental while my car was being repaired. I was told there was a shortage on rentals. I'd already missed one day of work When I picked my car up on May 27th I called twice prior to that to see if it was ready for pickup. No one called to tell me my car was ready. I had my husband take me to the dealership and saw my vehicle sitting in the parking lot. My technician, David, was really nice but obviously overworked. Everyone seemed a little overwhelmed. I have gone to this dealership many times in the past but this is the most dissatisfied I've ever been. More

We went to the dealer mostly just looking to see what was available. TJ was very helpful and we ended up buying a new car that same day. It was nice not being pressured.
