I arrived for scheduled air bag recall , oil change, and gas cap replacement because the check engine light was on. I forgot to mention that the check engine light was on. When they told me my Suburban wa gas cap replacement because the check engine light was on. I forgot to mention that the check engine light was on. When they told me my Suburban was ready, they noted a couple of things that might need attention soon. They also mentioned that the check engine light was on, but they did not ask if i wanted them to do a check. They merely returned the car to me with the Check engine light on. I was also told it would cost $125 to see why the light was on. When the mechanic noticed the light was on, why was I not notified of the issue to see if I wanted them to look into this issue? And why couldn't they at least reprogram to get rid of the light? In summary, they just ignored the issue to the light so if the new gas cap is not the issue, then I will have to have the car serviced again. I will probably do somewhere else for this. I purchased this Suburban at this dealer and have been going back for service work for 14 years. This is the first time that i have been disappointed. More
