Horrible service! The man that was taking care of mother and I didn't go over paperwork with us. He even told us he didn't look at the paperwork which is his job to do so! So, after communicating with someone there yesterday from my first review I must throw out another. Here i thought that maybe they wanted to discuss in an adult manner but noooo, they'd rather talk down to m my first review I must throw out another. Then this person was assuming how I felt when I know more about myself than they do. Then they assumed I wanted more for my car when I was perfectly fine with what they offered me. Now, don't get me wrong, Walt was a really nice person to talk to but unfortunately it was the wizard behind the curtain that didn't want to explain anything. About my counter offer, I was actually at dinner for my anniversary with my wife when I spoke to them about a counter, on a car that again I didn't even test drive. So, really how professional is it that they didn't have it ready and then I was being talked down to. That place is no different than it was when it was Tony LaRich. Maybe the father and son in the commercials need to crack down on who they employ. How sad the professionalism is in that place More
