I was given a 3:00 appointment and they took me in at 3:00 on the nose. They did my oil change, tire rotation and inspection, gave me a clear report but not a hard sell, honored my coupon and had me back on the road by 4:30. Perfect, hassle-free experience - thank you! My initial phone contact was with David who was very pleasant and answered my many questions and made my appt. Upon entering the dealership the male greeter gave me a was friendly and personable and pleasant and answered my many questions and made my appt. Upon entering the dealership the male greeter gave me a was friendly and personable and told me there was a slight wait. David Friedman checked me in and verified the reason for my visit. He was professional and friendly and thoroughly explained the computer findings. I appreciated the complimentary car wash too. My experience was excellent. More
Salesman was just that a pushy salesman who kept making snide remarks as if my wife and I weren't smart enough to catch them. Things like you get what you pay for. We purchased the car as is which I understand but coming from a certified dealership didnt think the engine light would be on already. The car after a few days was whining with each turn of the wheel and was told of how the car was detailed and the fluids stopped off which the antifreeze reservoir was completely empty and that's just the problems with the car. We purchased the car in cash but when the title arrived in the mail it showed where the salesman ran a credit check which was never requested okayed or necessary. Needless to say I wont be purchasing another vehicle from this establishment. More
My original appt was on Saturday, but they were backed up and I would’ve had to stay until closing to have my vehicle serviced. We have taken our SUV here 2 times. Each time they cannot locate what’s wrong then I am stranded. We have left 2 msg for the service manager without any response.
