Got there for my appointment pulled up to the door, it didn't open until the other door opened twice to let two cars in ahead of me. An hour and forty five minutes for an oil change and tire rotation way didn't open until the other door opened twice to let two cars in ahead of me. An hour and forty five minutes for an oil change and tire rotation way too long. Went online to see how I could fill out my own Global CSI SSS Survey instead of the one that the dealership had filled out in advanced but their online person didn't know how to give me that information. Not a single person there made my day enjoyable. More

I received a survey today but it was not working.
