The social distancing protocol was not followed by many of the service people. I was standing at the six foot marker of the middle service desk and the person at the east desk needed to go out to the serv of the service people. Several workers walked less then six feet from me to get to the donuts at a file cabinet, one even pulled down his mask to bite his selection as he walked less than six feet from me. My health was treated very cavalierly. Because of my heart and lung conditions I felt very much in mortal danger. I find this treatment of me as a customer unacceptable. More

The tech was detailed when he inspected my vehicle before it went to the mechanic I received my car on time when promised and Impala in for service.
