I saw a vehicle online that I thought would meet my needs but it was at another Serpentini location. I knew where the Willoughby Hills dealership was and figured I would start there and see if they had what but it was at another Serpentini location. Mike was very accommodating and looked up the ad and searched all inventory for what I wanted. Mike was able to locate a vehicle meeting my needs in Michigan and got it. I appreciate not being pressured into buying only from the Serpentini inventory and not pressured into using Serpentini's financial partners. I asked for the price and said I would get the money and that was it. It was nice to be able to make a very simple purchase without all of the pageantry. More

The last 3 oil changes I had to bring my car back because it was shaky when I but on freeway going 60 from tire rotation. Also I’ve submitted a complaint to corporate regarding work that was done last summer it was shaky when I but on freeway going 60 from tire rotation. My car is leaking oil around a filter where the piston is I believe that’s what was told to me this time two days ago. I brought the car in for the same issues that car was having last year only to be told it was something else. With same symptoms as before. I’m furious that they are saying another 2k to3k. I also was told check the oil every two weeks or so if I don’t want to put more money into this car and it does have 130k miles. Is this all your car offer is 100k miles More
