I brought my SUV in for a oil change and inspection. Since I was waiting for the work to be done, and I did have an appointment, I was told that it would take approximately one hour. The hour passed. Finally after one hour and 45 minutes, my vehicle was ready. With the pandemic exploding, it was very uncomfortable with the extended time.
