I arrived on time and was met at my car and greeted appropriately and instructed to go to the intake desk and the checkin was completed. I was directed to the customer lounge to wait the hour to an ho appropriately and instructed to go to the intake desk and the checkin was completed. I was directed to the customer lounge to wait the hour to an hour and a quarter I was told the service would take. In approximately one hour the intake person came to the lounge and guided me to the cashier. The cashier was friendly and explained the charges. I was then met again by the intake person who thanked me for my business and showed me where my freshly washed vehicle was parked. The process was organized, proper steps were taken regarding COVID precautions. All was managed in a timely, professional and safe manner. More
