The wheel alignment courtesy inspection that’s performed when checking in for service is a scam. They claimed the wheel alignment on my brand new vehicle was off by a lot! I declined the $120 service and went to a local Mr. Tire. They put my vehicle on the alignment rack and it turned out it was only off by a minuscule amount. They corrected it for a fraction of the price too! More

Great customer service I lost A/C during one of the hottest weeks of the year and when I brought my Tahoe in, I expressed that I also had issues with my 4WD system. Another I lost A/C during one of the hottest weeks of the year and when I brought my Tahoe in, I expressed that I also had issues with my 4WD system. Another dealership told me that it would cost $500 to diagnose the system because I did not have a certified pre-owned vehicle. My service advisor, David, assured me that just looking at the system would not cost that much. He arranged for a loaner vehicle and Carly provided me with a new Traverse. I got to feel like a soccer mom for several days. In the end, I didn't have to pay for the A/C condenser since this is a known issue for Chevy! Yay me. But it was suggested that I get the gears/transmission liquids changed (which is a recommended interval anyhow as I was nearing 60K). I drove away spending more than I initially thought, but I felt comfortable knowing that the service had been COMPLETE. Customer service by David was outstanding and I recommend Serpentini. I'll be going there from now on. Thanks! More
