I’ve been going there to get oil changes before it switched over to Serpentini and have always been satisfied until recently. Usually a oil change would take 45 minutes at the most. This time, they had my car for about 2.5 hours and I wasn’t notified if my car was done. I called and they said it would in 15 minutes. I arrive after 25 minutes and my car is still not done. I am disappointed in the service. It has never taken that long. I question if I want to return because how long it took. An oil change should NEVER take almost 3 hours to complete! More

An hour and twenty minutes is too long for an oil change and basic service. My dad and I had visited over 5 different car dealerships, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. Thankfully Serpentini was there to help and make the transition into a new vehicle a seamless experience. Art did an amazing job making us feel safe, comfortable and provide us with all of the details on the vehicles and finance options. He didn't make me feel pressured to make a quick decision, which is unlike most car buying experience. Art did an excellent job of explaining all of the car features and came in on his day off to finalize all of the paperwork. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.
