My dad and I had visited over 5 different car dealerships, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. Thankfully Serpentini was there to help and make the transition into a new vehicle a seamless experience. Art did an amazing job making us feel safe, comfortable and provide us with all of the details on the vehicles and finance options. He didn't make me feel pressured to make a quick decision, which is unlike most car buying experience. Art did an excellent job of explaining all of the car features and came in on his day off to finalize all of the paperwork. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Andrew in the finance department did a great job of explaining all of the finance options and details. He made the car buying experience painless and simple. P.S.
