One Poor Experience I got a flat tire on my way home. I Immediately went to Pat O'Brien to purchase a tire, passing an NTB. Upon fixing my tire I reviewed my bill. There I got a flat tire on my way home. I Immediately went to Pat O'Brien to purchase a tire, passing an NTB. Upon fixing my tire I reviewed my bill. There was a charge that was added to my bill, that I didn't agree with (tire disposal). I asked Gary Heck to adjust my bill, deleting the tire disposal charge. Gary became agitated that he had to make the adjustment. He became aggressive. He took a paper from my hand without asking, that he thought was the receipt. I asked him what he was doing and why he took the paper from my hand. He replied, that he though it was the receipt. I then kindly/professionally talked to him about his actions and the unneeded calculations added to my bill without my consent. Gary needs to do is job, without trowing a fit. Imagine how angry I was to come out of my pocket for an unnecessary charge. I didn't think I would get a flat on my way home! I should have been the one mad, not Gary who had a problem adjusting my bill. P.S. I can dispose of my own tire, but don't just charge me without asking (tire disposal wasn't written in the agreement I signed). You all should have asked me if I wanted to pay the extra charge. It only takes one time to belittle me, before I take my business elsewhere. My family has bought MANY cars from Pat O'Brien. I can go to Ganley for my next car and NTB for any further work! SHAME ON YOU GARY! More
