They had told me and it also stated on the the bill that the routine service(oil/oil filter change) come with a car wash and vacuum. When I got my car back, the car was not washed, neither was it vacuumed. This makes me doubt whether they even changed the oil and oil filter like they were supposed to. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Several of my friends have also told me they patronize W-M and that they concur with my feelings. More

The service department at this dealership had made at least 5 different errors while performing a 30,000 mile service on my vehicle. As a result, the engine overheated and may have been damaged. 5 mont least 5 different errors while performing a 30,000 mile service on my vehicle.
