I was having oil consumption problems with my GMC Sierrra. I talked with Dan and he did some checking with GM. They were having oil consumption problems with the type of motor in my truck. Dan was able to work with GM and they agreed to pay half of the cost of the ring and piston replacement. I am very appreciative of Dan's efforts in helping me with this problem. Had to come in and have my SUV looked at due to a noise it was making when driving. I dropped off my SUV on Monday and was able to pick it back up by the middle of the next day. I was given a call later that afternoon from Chad and he told of the issue that they had figured out why the noise was happening. Also I was notified by Chad about another issue with my car that was noted by GM of the rear breaks having issues. GM covered half of the break issue on my SUV which was a nice thing for them to do. Over all I must say that when I come in and deal with Chad he always goes above and beyond his job to help me get what every issues I have fixed as fast as he can. I can see Chad doing so much more than the job that he does if only he were giving a chance or opportunity. More
