Basically called me a liar and gave me an overpriced offer. I'm a GM employee, I went in to this dealership to get a 2018 camaro ss. He searched the vehicle that I wanted, and gave me an offer for 40k which is I'm a GM employee, I went in to this dealership to get a 2018 camaro ss. He searched the vehicle that I wanted, and gave me an offer for 40k which is $100 dollars less than the sticker price. Keep in mind that I have a $2500 voucher from GM on top of my discount. When I told him that I've gotten an offer this same (minus the $950 performance exhausted add-on) car for 34k from a different dealership (3 months ago) he basically called me a lair by saying "I don't believe it." Later on the same day I purchased a 2018 camaro ss sticker price $40.5k for $36k. I will never recommend this person to anyone. Thanks. More

2 hour wait for oil check Went in to have oil level checked due to excessive oil consumption recall on my Equinox. Was told my car was ready and that my oil level was 1 qt. low. A wasted day while the service people dallied. Had to have a special technician to pull dip stick out and check oil level. Customer service never apologized for the wait or inconvenience. More

Before I left, Jacob made sure I understood the important features of my new Trax (with many high tech features I had never driven with before), and I believe he was sincere in inviting me to call him or come back and see him if I thought of any other questions in the future. Robert also explained available warranties and warranty service very well, and e-mailed me other information about them, without any high pressure to "sign up right now," which would have turned me off about the whole deal. I liked them both, and would recommend them to anyone I know. More
