He was knowledgeable about his inventory,friendly, and efficient. When I arrived to pick up my new lease, he was on time and spent time to explain the mechanisms of the car, showing me how to work the programs, and then se up my smartphone to the car as well. It was the best expetience ever. He also followed up with phone calls within the next few weeks to make sure I was satisfied with the car. I am ready for my new lease, and Mike is my go to guy.
