I had originally went into Buff Whelan to see what the value of my trade in was and to see if I could get approved for a lease on a new 2012 Malibu. I was immediatley greeted by Jeff Caul. He had my car evaluated and I was very, very happy with my trade in value. He gave me all the information I needed to take home and review with no pressure. Once I was ready to make my decision and he ran my credit it did not come back as good as expected, but Jeff made it work to keep my payment and downpayment in the range I needed. He was also able to get me the extra's I wanted on my car including an additional warranty and some extra features on the car. I signed for my new car within a week of my original visit. My overall experience was very plesant. Not only was my salesman great, but everyone there was so friendly even when I was waiting I had great talks with the other people there.
