I think that the dealership experience was "Great" overall, because I have been thru the process 3 times prior, and I felt the most 'at ease' this time. Likewise, she did not try to talk me into any particular model; rather, she spent time listening to what my needs and wishes were in a being a driver, and was glad when I did find a car I could like driving. In the 3 weeks of ownership now, I am pleased to report that the mileage on the CRUZE is MOST WONDERFUL--and this is a major improvement over my once-favored Saturn Aura.
