After our intro John T. immediately acknowleged being familiar with what I was looking for and even complemented me on my research. The time spent immediately afterwards was spent solely on searching th familiar with what I was looking for and even complemented me on my research. We selected two Cruze vehicles to look at and after showing me to the first vehicle he drove the 2nd vehicle over to the first so that I could compare side-by-side. When I asked questions I felt each and every answer was honest and sincere. While I have never met John before, in a very short time I felt I have known him for a while and could trust him on a fair and honest deal! This is the third new vehicle I have purchased at this dealership in as many decades! More

Overall it was a great experience. After 16 years as a Ford customer I switched to GM and so far I am very pleased with that decision. Laura is great. We bought our first vehicle from her when she was affilicated with another dealership - that was over 10 years ago. When she moved to Buff Whelan, we followed. My sales person (Laura Massrant) went on vacation the day I took delivery on my new car knowing that I was taking delivery and did not communicate this to anyone in the dealership. I have e-mail confirmatin I took delivery on my new car knowing that I was taking delivery and did not communicate this to anyone in the dealership. I have e-mail confirmatin confirming this to the sales person and the GSM. The General Sales Manager also knew the time and date of my delivery on my car and was also on vacation. He also did not communicate my information to anyone else in the dealership. I left work early only to sit for more than an hour to wait for my paperwork to be complete. My new car was not prepped for new car delivery. I would not recommend this dealership. I brought my new car home, and had to clear it my self, the dealership stickers were still on the car. ( not the new car sticker) dealership stickers. I would not recommend this dealership, this was VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

What a great dealership. They had so many cars and trucks in stock it was hard to choose.Never have i ever had a better transaction. I was treated with respect and was given a great price on my new tahoe. I appreciated the prompt service and would recommend Buff Whelan highly.
