Was told I would be contacted when my car was done. 3.5 weeks later I get a "threatening text" from the service writer saying they were going to report their car as stolen. I never received a call or t 3.5 weeks later I get a "threatening text" from the service writer saying they were going to report their car as stolen. I never received a call or text until that one that morning. I'd left a voicemail on her machine and never heard back either. My Mom and her nurse were next to me when I made the call and left the message. My salesman was kind and the service manager was even understanding when I spoke to him. Service writer kept trying to make me leave work to bring the car back. Told them they could come get it if they wanted to and needed it back. They declined. By far the worst experience at a dealership to date. Oh, and my car was FILTHY, not as I'd left it. More
