When I called to check if my vehicle was going to be picked up, the lady on the phone explained that through the GM app you can’t schedule a vehicle pickup — you have to call to schedule it. She then ch picked up, the lady on the phone explained that through the GM app you can’t schedule a vehicle pickup — you have to call to schedule it. She then checked to see if I could still be added to the schedule for that same day, and they came and picked up my vehicle within an hour and brought it back.
