I feel like their mechanics at the quick lube used to be more professional. My wife took our truck in and said she felt like one of the gentlemen looked at her in an uneasy and unprofessional way and then w more professional. The professionalism is lacking in my eyes in the quick lube shop to be specific. More

I usually receive very good service at the Serra Quick Lube but the service I received on Friday June 12th was not very good. When I arrived all 3 stalls had lines. I chose the middle bay instead of the Lube but the service I received on Friday June 12th was not very good. When I arrived all 3 stalls had lines. I chose the middle bay instead of the right most bay. Both bays had one car in the garage and one car waiting. My wait was an hour just to get into the garage. The right most bay had serviced 4 cars in that time with a 5th car in the stall. The middle bay had one technician up top and one below. I observed technicians sitting on the floor or standing around doing nothing. I am not sure of the processes but if they were on break I would think they would leave the area. I didn't get the Technicians name servicing my car but I am guessing he was pretty new. He kept having me me move my car a few inches at a time forward then had me go back a few inches and the same with left and right. I really do not think the little bit he was having me move really could have made any significant difference in how the technician below operated. I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated. Normally I would especially since I bought new tires from Serra last fall but I watched the Same Technician rotate the tires in front of me. He must have spent at least 10 minutes just on that. I really did not feel like waiting any longer than just to get my oil changed so I decided not to have my tires rotated. It is safe to say this is the worst experience I have ever had at Serra. I usually expect some sort of a wait at the Serra Quick Lube but this was totally beyond my normal expectation. More
