I came to Serra after speaking with Dominic on the phone about a used Honda I found on CarGurus.com. The dealership itself was very clean and well-lit with a cheery atmosphere, and many of the other employees I saw were smiling or laughing with other customers or each other. After I placed a down payment on the car, Dominic was patient with me for a couple days while the insurance was finalized. While I waited for the sale paperwork to be sent through, I got some free coffee from the waiting lounge. They even had a kids area so my 4 year old son could play!
